The camera won’t pan because the powers that be deliberately chose not to. This is why I’m pissed. Blaine leans over to kiss Kurt on the cheek and it is deliberately cut. Just like the box scene in the Christmas episode was deliberately cut. Just like Blaine helping Kurt down the stairs of their “bachelor chalet” (because god fucking forbid we refer to them as boyfriends because that’s what they are) got cut. Just like them “kissing and rolling around” in The First Time was deliberately cut. Just like the two other kisses in Season 2 were deliberately cut.

This has to stop. Chris and Darren are going out of their way to portray a loving, healthy, beautiful relationship that just happens to be between two men and the powers that be are continuously undercutting what Klaine has the potential to be. It is not acceptable that one of the most beloved TV couples of the millennium is relegated to platonic, best friend status unless it’s a Very Special Episode, while the lead heterosexual couple serenades each other, makes out, proposes, exchanges multiple Christmas gifts (even though one member of the couple is Jewish), has sex and constantly discusses their future together on a show that claims to be progressive and asserts their intent to treat all couples, homosexual or heterosexual, equally.

It’s not about the lack of physical affection between Kurt and Blaine. It’s not about how many times they’ve kissed, held hands or shared glances that are apparently too sexual for primetime television. It’s about the blatant imbalance between arguably the two most popular couples on the show.

At the point where editors decide not to show Blaine affectionately kissing Kurt on the cheek and choose instead to spotlight yet another prolonged, open-mouth kiss between Finn and Rachel, it’s become too much. This show is becoming exactly what it proclaims not to be — another blatant example of the representational inequity of homosexual couples on television.

I appreciate what the writers did in Season 2 with Kurt and Blaine and I appreciate the moments we have been given in Season 3. However, I will not applaud tokenism.

Glee’s potential to be groundbreaking is scattered across the cutting room floor. I hope one day soon they can pick up the pieces.

Some people need reminding of how Darren loves all his fans equally. A lot of the Starkids want him to stop Glee, and come back to Starkid. Truth is, He never left Starkid. He writes their music and makes time for them. He is always going to be a member of Starkid. And true Darren fans should love Darren for Darren, Not whether he is on Glee or being an active member of Starkid.
So anyway, lets just remember how much of a good person Darren is, and continue supporting him in all he does in present and future.

THE GLEE LIVE MOVIE :)

OK, so like a couple hours ago, me and my friend went to see the glee live movie. And lets just say, IT WAS AMAZING!
They are such an inspirational bunch of people, and I just felt like crying because they have come so far and I just love them. Glee has changed my life, for the better and Seeing them all on the big screen just made me so inspired and emotional.

The movie featured most of their musical numbers from the concert, but I was a bit disappointed that there was no single ladies dance by Kurt, and there was only Brittany asking Blaine to make out with her from the Klaine skit. There was no Kurt proposing. But other than that, the movie was so inspiring. There was also 3 featured people with stories that could relate to glee, and they were so passionate about Life and how glee has changed them for the better.

Also, the credits featured the mini warbler dancing to Raise Your Glass. It was so adorable and everyone in the cinema ‘awwwwed’ at him.

Overall, it was the highlight of my day, and I plan to see it another few times before it leaves the cinemas.
